• REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND GUARANTEES

To confirm your booking, the following documents are mandatory:

• Valid ID
   
• Proof of university enrollment (or similar academic institution)
   
• Proof of income or financial support
   

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

• ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

A one-time registration fee of €350 is required at check-in. This covers:

• Contract registration
   
• Stamp duties and taxes
   
• Accident insurance
   
• Final cleaning fee

A €300 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will serve as a security deposit and will be refunded within 60 days after the end of the lease, subject to utility balance and potential deductions.
